About
The math is commodity. So it’s free.
Nevada child support, arrears interest, home-equity division, and retirement-order math are set by statute, regulation, and published case law. They’re arithmetic anyone can verify - not secret expertise. FreeQDRO exists so every Nevada litigant has that arithmetic for free, done correctly, and tied back to the source.
Correct and current
We implement the guidelines as they actually are today - including recent amendments the State’s own posted regulations haven’t caught up to - and we pull the annual figures from their official source. Every result shows the statute, regulation, or case behind it, so you never have to take a number on faith.
Open-source and peer-reviewable
The calculation logic is public. Anyone can check it against the primary sources; if there’s an error, we fix it in the open. That transparency is the point - it’s what a closed, paid tool can’t offer.
Free and private
No subscription, no ads, no data brokers, no selling your data. A free account keeps your work yours; the calculations themselves run in your browser. See our Privacy Policy.
Tools, not legal advice
FreeQDRO is a drafting and review tool for attorneys and the parties they serve. It gives you the math and the law a practitioner starts from - but it isn’t legal advice, and it can’t weigh the specific facts of a case. For that, talk to a licensed Nevada attorney.
